SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Gina’s Collection will only accept for an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the delivery date with the exception of sale items. All items under "SALE" collection are FINAL SALE and are ONLY eligible for store credit/exchange and NOT full refunds.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the steps noted below.

Email us at Ginas@ginascollection.com with your order # and indicate the reason for your exchange.

Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number.

Please pack the items in the original box and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Gina’s Collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt.

Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.

If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll try to catch it before it goes out the door. Most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). If it has not yet been processed we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more with the correct items. Please Contact Us immediately to notify us of any changes you would like to make on your order. Customer Service is available Monday – Friday between 9AM – 5PM PST.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you placed an order with us, please allow up to 1 – 2 business days for processing orders. Orders placed for overnight delivery will be shipped out on the following business day. If you need something by a certain date, please send us an email at Ginas@ginascollection.com We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders to many countries worldwide. We charge a shipping and handling fee of $50 - $75 depending on the country of destination.

What is your repair policy?
We will repair any items purchased through Ginascollection.com. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable. Please contact us for return authorization at Ginas@ginascollection.com

Is my transaction safe?
The transaction passes right through. Ultimately, credit card info is as safe as your payment processor's systems. ... All this means is that – We are using Shopify Payments – credit card data is not being stored on our site or on Shopify's computers.
